Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repack your items in their original internal packaging and outer box to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
